You can place an order online by adding the parts to the shopping cart.  and continue to our quick and secure check-out system.

The sales policy consists of internal rules, principles and procedures which help to define the efficient way of support for the established sales process.

For pricing , please add the part(s) to the shopping cart, Parts are in stock as long as they can be added to the cart. If the part is not in stock, we will send you an email and issue a refund to you.

For delivery time estimates and shipping cost ,For most countries we are FREE SHIPPING, but for some remote countries, we will charge some shipping fees.  for the delivery time, please check it at the below "add cart button".

We ship your parts with standard shipping. If you need to get the parts as soon as possible, we will ship your package via DHL, UPS etc. But you need to contact us first, we will tell you the shipping charge for your reference

You may check the status of your order by clicking on Track Order. We will also notify you of any updates or issues with your order via email. Please be sure to check your email frequently. In addition, once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Emails can sometimes be automatically filtered to junk/spam folders, so please be sure to check these folders if you have not received it in your inbox. You can add Feilida as an email contact to receive emails. Another option is by clicking on Track Order to check for messages. Any time there is an issue processing your order, you will be informed by email. An order can be canceled for several reasons. This includes a declined credit card, unverified shipping address, discontinued parts, or no response to an email we sent you within 3 days

It generally takes 1 to 3 business days for us to process an order after it has been approved. In some cases, orders may take longer if the part is not available locally or if the part is on backorder. If for any reason it takes longer than 3 business days, we will send a follow-up email to keep you updated on the status of your order. Once the order ships, its estimated time of arrival is determined by the selected shipping method and your shipping address.

Orders are picked up during the carriers pickup window generally towards the end of the business day. However, some shipping labels are generated after the pickup window and the order will be picked up the next business day. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update their system

Orders can only be modified to reduce part quantities . Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order is submitted.

An order can be canceled at any time as long as the order not delivery to shipping company

To cancel your order, please contact us via  Contact Form only.

No. To protect your privacy, we do not save payment information. Therefore, we cannot reinstate an order once it has been cancelled or voided. If you would like to purchase the parts again, please submit a new order online.

If your order contains a back ordered part, we will notify you via email. You will then be provided with the options to: wait for the part(s) to become available for shipment, remove the part(s) to proceed with the remaining order, or cancel the order. In the case of backordered part(s) with no estimated time of arrival, you will be given the options to proceed with the rest of the order, or cancel the order. We will not proceed with the order without your approval.

Some parts may be discontinued or have backordered with the manufacturer. We will do our best to find your part as quickly as possible, and we will inform you and provide you the option to proceed with the remaining order. You will not be charged for parts removed from an order.

If this occurs, please inform us by phone or email as soon as possible. We can void the duplicate order for you as long as it has not been shipped. Once an order has been cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation after cancelling an order, please contact us to verify that the order has been cancelled.

Our order processing team will do their best to minimize the amount of packages shipped out to you. However, they may decide to package your items separately to minimize the possibility of damage to the parts during transit. Parts may also be packaged separately based on their weight or dimensions to avoid additional shipping costs.

A Failed to Charge situation occurs when we are not able to capture the funds from PayPal as the initial authorization expires. You will be notified via email to reinstate the authorization by logging into PayPal and resubmitting your PayPal payment details.

NOTE: You are not charged twice. The email is only to reinstate the authorization as no funds were captured

Shipping

We ship from Jinan City China. 

The shipping time it takes for a package to arrive in each country is different, Please go to product page to choose your country to know.

We partner with 4PX, China post air ,DHL,UPS, FedEX,etc for shipping.

Once an order has shipped and is in transit, we cannot reroute a package to an alternate location. This is a precautionary measure to safeguard against fraud. An order can only be shipped to the specified address on the original order.

If the customer is not available during the attempted time of delivery, the driver of the delivery service will leave an "InfoNotice." This notice contains important information regarding your package and you should follow the shipping carrier's instructions to complete delivery or claim the package.

You must contact your local post office or Shipping carrier as soon as possible and ask them to help you find the package and ask for another delivery or pick it up yourself

An email with tracking information is sent to you when your order ships. You can also check your order status on the "Track Order" page to obtain your tracking number.

We work hard to process your part(s) order quickly. Please check the tracking number to view the estimated delivery date provided by the shipping carrier's website.

All major shipping carriers are experiencing shipping delays due to high volume. Orders may take some days longer to arrive than normal.

It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to show any progress. If any issues remain after that time frame, please contact Us. In some rare occasions, orders may be delivered with no movement appearing on the tracking number when you track your shipment.

We want your package(s) to be delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, the speed of delivery of the package depends on the local post office and carrier

If you order multiple parts weighing more than 2kg, for the standarding shipping,we must ship them in more than 2 packages. Because STANDARD SHIPPING of some country does not allow a package to weigh more than 2kg

The customs taxation policy of each country is different, we recommend that you consult your local customs.

For VAT in EU countries, we will provide the LOSS number on the waybill to avoid paying VAT, but we cannot guarantee that local customs will not require you to continue to pay VAT

Returns & Refunds

If Feilida ships you the wrong part or defective parts, Feliad will give you a full refund and you do not need to return the part

30 Days no questions asked return policy.If you purchase a wrong part or for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the part for a refund. As long as you return a part within 30 days of delivery of your order.returned parts must be:

  • has not been damaged,
  • has not been used,
  • has not changed its exterior looks,
  • has not been installed on a vehicle

Please fill in the order number and reason for return on the Contact Us page, and we will review your information within 2 working days. You will receive an email notification from us.

If Feilida ships you the wrong part or defective parts, Felida will give you a full refund and you do not need to return the part

30 Days no questions asked return policy.If you purchase a wrong part or for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the part for a refund. As long as you return a part within 30 days of delivery of your order. Shipping is borne by the buyer. returned parts must be:

  • has not been damaged,
  • has not been used,
  • has not changed its exterior looks,
  • has not been installed on a vehicle

We give a full refund after receiving the part

All products sold on Feilida website have the warranty for 6 months.The warranty period begins from the moment the product is delivered from the Seller to the Purchaser. The warranty covers the product’s material and production defects.The warranty is not valid in case of damages caused due to:

  • normal wear during operation
  • poor maintenance
  • wrong installation
  • wrong usage

If your order was damaged, misdelivered, missing an item, etc., please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. 

We need 3 working days to review, and refund to you immediately after the information you submit is correct

If a package is lost during transit and has not been delivered, the customer must notify us.We will then contact the shipping carrier to place a tracer on the missing package(s). If the shipping carrier cannot locate the lost package(s),  we will refund within 5 working days

Our returns department typically takes up to 5 business days to thoroughly inspect and process a return. In some cases, the return may take longer to complete. If the shipping carrier confirms that we've received the package, please provide the tracking number and your order number to our customer service representatives through email, phone or live chat to obtain faster updates regarding your return.

Processing time for returns can take up to 5 business days once the returned parts are received. We will send you an email letting you know that a refund has been issued to you.

The refund time is dependent on PayPal and your bank.
